I'm as busy as a bee... Bzzz

Oh I hear this quite often from Adilynn's vtech Winnie the Pooh Book... as she moves the Bubble Bee back and forth several times, Winnie the Pooh Says "I'm as busy as a bee...Bzz". But this also reflects Adilynn Claire's life. Yes, Miss Adilynn is a busy bee.

Easter was a hit for her. She loved those plastic Easter eggs because as she would grab them they would slide & pop out of her hand then she would giggle & chase after them. She also got to wear pretty dresses, and play with her cousins, Aunts, Uncles, Grandparents, & all the Greats. She loved every minute of it. But we had an exhausted girl from it that is for sure. I think we are still trying to help her recover from Easter weekend.

We have loved playing outside. We are outside the majority of the day after mommy gets her housework done. We take long walks (oh she is a diva when we take a walk... legs up in the stroller-hat on-sunglasses on while drinking her juice), play in the grass, play with Cash our beagle, swing on the swing set, have water sensory play, & we also like go & sit in the front yard to wait for daddy to come home.

Adilynn has been congested. She sneezes, coughs, & then laughs. I am not sure why being sick amuses her. Maybe because she has never had a cold before & she likes how foreign to her it is.

Adilynn also likes to be a bad girl. Yes, you see the smiles & giggles in pictures but Miss Claire Bear can be rotten too. When she thinks me or her daddy are not looking she crawls as fast as she can to the register vent to pull out the vent & fling it around. We put the vent back in hundreds of times during the day. Adilynn also likes to fling her pacis’ over the bumper pad & on to the floor. So from the other room you hear “blop,blop,blop” & you know that she is awake.
